Before meeting with a client, understanding the context Proximity's relationship is key. To view activities that other staff members have logged on an Account or Contact:
- In Apex Business, go to the relevant Account or Contact. Generally searching is the easiest way to find the record

- Once on the record page, view the 'Activity' section on the right-hand side of the page. It will show a timeline of all the activities logged against that record
- To see more information for any particular activity, click on the ">" arrow to the left of the item.
