Using a Meeting Room
To use a meeting room in the Proximity Barton office, follow the steps below.
Inviting using Zoom or Webex uses the same steps, using the respective Zoom or Webex meeting link instead of Teams link.

Invite using Outlook
Inviting a meeting room using Outlook is easy- simply create a new Teams meeting invitation, and include the room in the "attendees" list:

Invite using Teams
To invite a room using Teams, simply open the People tab in an existing meeting, and invite the room by typing it's name in and clicking Request to Join.

Call from room
To make a call from the room itself, go into a meeting room, and select Start Meeting or Call.
From there, you can select someone to call using the same format as the steps above. This will automatically start a new meeting.
