Set default font to Arial - Word and Outlook
In line with our brand guidelines, please set Arial as the default font in Word and Outlook by following the below instructions.
Set Arial as the default font in Outlook:
1.Go to File > Options
2. Mail > Stationery and Fonts
3 Click Font under "New mail messages" and "Replying and forwarding messages" to Arial
3.Select the font style to regular, and size to 11
4.Select OK all the way back out to save your changes.
Change default font in Word:
1.Go to Format > Font > Font. You can also press and hold. + D to open the Font dialog box
2.Select Arial size 11
3.Select Default, and then select Yes
4.Select OK
