How to use activity and chatter
On every record in Apex Business there are 2 tabs on the right-hand side: 'Activity' and 'Chatter'.
How do we use Activity?
The activity tab shows a timeline of all logged external activity (calls, tasks, emails) for the current record.
Log a Call or create a task using the buttons at the top of the Activity tab:

How do we use Chatter?
The chatter tab is for internal Proximity communication (notes, delegation, comments) about a record.
